Rental Policy

Availability or all rental items is on a first come first serve basis.  We require a credit card and a signed invoice on file, as well as a 25% deposit of the final invoice to guarantee the equipment for your event date.  Orders placed without a credit card on file are “inquiries” only and are based on availability of rentals when the card information is received.

Rental Rates
All rental rates are based on a one day event, whether used or not.  Additional fees will apply for multiple day events and need to be arranged in advance.  Generally we deliver the day of or day before your event and pick up the day after your event during our regular business hours.

Delivery / Pick Up
Delivery and pick up are based on ground level and quoted as round trip fees.  All Equipment will be stacked neatly and/or bagged and need to be stacked and/or bagged for pick up.  Regular Delivery and pick up hours are between Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Timed and After Hours delivery is available for a premium. Not being present at the time of delivery or pick up; difficult access/stairs/elevators/long distances to walk not disclosed in advance will result in additional delivery/pick up charges.

Setup / Strike Down
We will set up and strike down all heavy equipment (canopies, dance floor and stages) at no additional charge. Setup and/or strike down for your tables and chairs are available for reasonable fees and arrangements must be made in advance. However, set up does not include linen and table settings.  Setup instructions and diagrams need to be emailed or faxed to our office in advance of delivery.

Once the Linens are reserved there cannot be any cancellations allowed. If Linens are moist DO NOT bundle or bag, lay open until completely dry.  Mildew cannot be removed.  All linens must be returned free from any burns, wax, tears, pins, tacks, abrasions, etc.  Shake out any loose debris from linen (food, petals, decorations, etc).  Any damages to the linens will be subject to a replacement fee, which is three times of the rental rate.

China, Glassware & Silverware
All china, glassware and silverware are clean, polished and ready to use, and must be returned clean.  Failure to return dishes clean of food and rinsed, will result in 20% additional charges.  Prior to pick up or return, all china, glassware and silverware should be placed in their crates and boxes provided.

Loss and Damage
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from time of delivery to time of return.  Customers are responsible for all breakage and lost equipment.  There will be replacement charges for breakage or lost items.  All items should be secured and protected from harmful weather conditions. Shortage or equipment that is not functioning properly must be reported prior to the event.  If you call after our regular business hours, please leave a message on our office voicemail.

All confirmed orders are subject to 25% nonrefundable deposit. Orders cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery are subject to 50% cancellation fee. For cancellation within 24 hours of the delivery 100% charges will apply.  Any quantity changes to the order must be finalized one week prior to the delivery date to avoid cancellation fee for decreased quantities.  Special Order items, once confirmed with client, will be charged at 100% if cancelled or reduced in quantity.
