What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).  Checks are acceptable if approved and cleared 10 days prior to the event.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery charges depend on location, difficulty in access and time of day. Please call our customer service department for delivery quotes.

Do you set up your equipment?
Tip Top Party Rentals will set up and take down all heavy equipment (canopies, dance floor and stages) at no additional charge. If you need us to set up your tables and chairs, there will be additional charges and arrangements must be made in advance. However, set up does not include linen and table settings.

How far in advance should I place my order?
The sooner you reserve your rental equipment, the better. This is especially true for large events and holiday orders.  Availability of all rental items is on a first come first serve basis.  Our high quality rentals items are priced very low and we tend to book up quickly on popular colors and weekends.

Can I add more items closer to the date?
Yes, we can handle most last minute additions. All items are subject to availability. The sooner you make the additions, the greater possibility your color scheme is still available.

Do you require a security or cash deposit?
We require a signed invoice and a credit card on file to verify and secure the return of the items. A 25% non-refundable security deposit is required to reserve the items for your event date.

What are your delivery hours?
Delivery/Pickup hours are 10:30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.  Timed delivery is available for a premium. 

Do you require a minimum order?
Our minimum order required is $150.-

Does the dinnerware to be returned clean after my event?
All china, glassware and flatware should be clean of food and rinsed before returned in their delivery containers.

Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge tax on our rentals, delivery, labor, or permits.

Do you have a show room?
We do not maintain a show room.  All our rental items are well maintained and shown online including pricing.
